Today I was supposed to ride 10 miles with my friends, Chrissy and Maribel, but that didn’t happen. My bike is so jacked up and my husband swears he can fix it. He hasn’t yet. Well poop.
It’s only 8 weeks until my first sprint triathlon in nearly 4 years. Hopefully he’ll fix it this week.
Instead of cycling 10 miles, I ran 4 miles. I hit the lap button at 4 miles just because I liked seeing me finish 4 miles under 40:00 (39:48 to be exact). It was a small ego boost for me. Do ever do silly stuff like that with your Garmin?
