We just saw giraffes at the zoo, too! I had no idea their tongues were that long. Great photos.

on our visit to the ranch we saw giraffes, same area where I shot the photo of the Llama…. and the tallest giraffe was munchin on another giraffe’s tail!!! it was silly….

They have the longest tongues EVAR!
I do know that the tongue is black cause we did the same thing a couple months ago! Josie LOVED it!! But, then, the giraffe did NOT try to eat her. Apparently, your lil’ one looks like a giant leaf. Just sayin’. :o)
